20:30 - Vegetarian 3 course meal.
SATURDAY 9th July.

9:30- 10:30 - short group discussions on everyone’s intensions for the weekend
10:30- 13:30 HYPNOTHERAPY WORKSHOP
*What is hypnotherapy, how does it work, can it help me?
* What is self hypnosis? How do you self-hypnotize? What tools are available to me?
*Q&A
* Group hypnotherapy and guided meditation and Mindfulness session. This will focus on instilling positive changes in belief systems, updating/removing old negative unhelpful beliefs. Also strengthening curiosity, confidence and hope about the future and any changes the future will invariably hold.
Lunch 13:30– delicious vegetarian
Free time to wander along river, swim, paddle board or have a one 2 one therapy session
15.30-17:30 SOMATIC MOVEMENT WORKSHOP
*Somatic movement is moving the body consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement.
17:30 - 18:00 Break: tea/coffee snacks
18:00 - 19:30 SOUND BATH
20:00 Evening meal - 3 course vegetarian - time to relax, share your experiences, unwind and eat!
SUNDAY 10th July.

9:30-12:00 Hypnotherapy Group session
*How Mindfulness Practice can affect the brain and body, looking at the neuroscience behind Mindfulness.
*Group Hypnotherapy session
*How the conscious and subconscious mind works
*Practical CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) based exercises to reduce anxiety in the moment
*Learn skills and techniques to use in everyday life
*Q&A
*A group session on clearing trapped emotions.
12:00 Break - time to relax or book a one 2 one session
13:30 Lunch
14:00 - 15:00 Free time
15:00 - 18:00 CRANEOSACRAL THERAPY WORKSHOP
*What is CST? What is trauma?
*What does our body do when we experience trauma?
*How can we use the body to release trauma?
*Learn the tool of active listening to improve communication with each other
19:00 - 19:30 Closing circle
20:00 - For those staying the extra night an evening meal is provided
