*Cleaning Fees - All bookings are subject to the cleaning fees of €60 per stay.
Minimum stay - 2 nights, August - 4 nights.
Check-in between 16:00-20:00.
Late check-ins are generally not possible. If you can't arrive within this timeframe, please contact us in advance to discuss options. Check-in at nighttime is not permitted. In such cases, please plan your arrival for the following day.
Check-out until 11:00.
Additional fees:
Pet fee - €15 per pet per stay
Additional person/bed above maximal capacity - €15 per night
Baby cot - €15 per stay
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation for the first 48 hours after booking and as long as the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in (time shown in confirmation email).
After that guests can cancel up to (but not including)14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the total cost.
No refund is available if the guests cancel 14 days or less before the check-in date.
