Check-in between 16:00-20:00.
Late check-ins are generally not possible. If you can't arrive within this timeframe, please contact us in advance to discuss options. Check-in at nighttime is not permitted. In such cases, please plan your arrival for the following day.
Check-out until 11:00.
House Rules:
We are completely off-grid, our electricity is solar and our water is from the spring, please be mindful of the electricity and water use. You can drink from the tap.
Please only throw toilet paper in the trash bin, as the system is septic tank.
The stove, oven and water-heating are gas.
River Activities & Safety Tip: Feel free to use our private beaches, kayaks, canoes, and fishing rods during your stay! If you go for a swim, just do a quick visual check of the water first - if there’s any blue-green algae present, please skip the swim. Let us know if you ever need equipment tips or water condition updates!
Kindly note that we have quiet hours policy between 21:00 and 09:00, as this is a very quiet location and we live here as well as there are other guests staying on the premises.
We are pet-friendly, please ask us about our pet policy!
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation for the first 48 hours after booking and as long as the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in (time shown in confirmation email).
After that guests can cancel up to (but not including)14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the total cost.
No refund is available if the guests cancel 14 days or less before the check-in date.
